RepeatLesson 8 of 85 minutes

Repeat only what already works.

Start with a simple reminder. Confirm the schedule in the app before you rely on it.

You can create, inspect, and pause a scheduled task.

1

Choose a small recurring job

Use a reminder to review your workshop checklist. Test any more complex research or reporting prompt manually before scheduling it. A recurring mistake is still a mistake.

2

Say when and where

Use the schedule builder to name the day, time, and time zone. Copy the prompt into ChatGPT. Supported times and task types depend on your plan and app. Free scheduling may use a time window rather than an exact time.

3

Inspect the task confirmation

Read the task card. Confirm the recurrence, time zone, and instruction. A reply that merely repeats your request is not enough. Open Scheduled to see the saved task and manage it.

4

Check the first run

Set notifications in Settings if needed. After it runs, read the output and correct or pause the task. A task created inside a ChatGPT project does not automatically have access to that project's uploaded files; check the documentation before scheduling file-based work.

Try this in the app
Every Monday at 9 AM Asia/Dubai, remind me to review the workshop checklist and confirm the next action. Show the schedule for me to review.

Sources and availability
