Turn a file into a deliverable.

Practise with a small fictional expense file. Ask Work for a usable summary and verify the arithmetic.

You can provide source data, request a file, and check the result.

1

Download the practice data

Use the Download sample CSV button in the practice panel. A CSV is a simple table stored as text. Our example contains four workshop costs in AED, totalling 1,000. These are fictional training figures.

2

Open Work and attach the file

Choose ChatGPT, then Work. Attach workshop-costs.csv with the file attachment control. On the web, upload the file. On desktop, you may use a local folder when available. The location determines which files the task can reach.

3

Request the output

Copy the prompt below. It names a source, a file format, and a check. Work may ask a question or pause for permission. Answer in the same conversation so it can continue with the missing detail.

4

Open and check the deliverable

Open or download the generated file. Verify the total is AED 1,000, that all four categories remain, and that no extra expenses appeared. Ask for a revision if the file is missing, unreadable, or inaccurate.

Try this in the app
Use the attached workshop-costs.csv to create a one-page PDF expense summary. Include every category, each cost in AED, and the total. Check the arithmetic against the CSV. Do not add estimated costs. Return the PDF and report any part you could not verify.
